Shipping


US Domestic Shipping

US Domestic Shipping is free on all orders. Items are mailed via USPS, packages over a value of $50 are shipped using USPS Priority Mail, and tracking information is provided upon shipping.

Samples, items lower than $50 or single items are shipped as USPS First Class Letter or Small Package.

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally at this time, please contact us via email greyvinepaper@gmail.com if you wish to request something ship internationally.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

We endeavor to get your products to you in a perfect condition, and that they exceed your expectations. On the rare occasion that this is not the case, the item is damaged while shipping or is not fit for purpose, the return/refund policy for Grey & Vine Paper Studio items is valid for 30 days.
Any items that are requested to be returned after this time period will not be accepted. Personalized or bespoke products are not eligible for exchange, return or refund. Refunds are only valid for full-price products, sale products are non-refundable.
Eligible items for an exchange, return or refund must be in their original un-opened packaging and un-used.
We require a proof of purchase in order to process any refund or return.
If you wish to request a return, please email us at greyvinepaper@gmail.com stating the date of purchase/order and the reason for return.
Once you have returned the item to us, we will email you to confirm receipt of the item. Once it has been inspected, we will notify you by email if the product qualifies for return. If it does, we will aim to credit the card you originally paid for the item with within 3 business days.

Items that are shipped back to us for refund are done so at your expense. we would recommend you use a tracked and insured mail service in case the item is lost or damaged while its being returned to us. In the circumstances that your returning item gets lost or damaged while on route to us, you are responsible for addressing this with the mail carrier and no refund will be issued until the item gets back to us for inspection.

Cancellations for orders must be received within 24 hours of placing the order for non-personalized products, or within 12 hours for personalized products. If an order is cancelled after this time, a partial refund may be offered so as any manufacture or print costs are still covered. If you cancel your order within the permitted time frame, a full refund will be issued within 3 business days via the original payment method.
